Ulrich Nickl has been working for many years at the "interface" between tax law and civil law. He primarily advises owner-managed companies and their shareholders as well as corporate groups on tax and corporate law issues - in particular, on company formations, restructurings, corporate succession issues and corporate transactions (especially M&A).

In addition, he represents national and international companies, especially in the fields of industry, plant engineering and services, in all matters of commercial and business law.
